Fake news: Joy Reid pushes myth about intelligence community's assessment of Russian interference

As Twitchy has reported, President Donald Trump and the U.S. intelligence community clashed again on Saturday over Russian meddling in the 2016 election. In short, Trump pushed former members of the intelligence community on Russia, and former members of the intelligence community pushed back.

To be clear, the idea that 17 intelligence agencies found evidence of Russian meddling in the election has been debunked (here’s PolitiFact’s coverage from back in July).  Only three agencies — the CIA, FBI, and NSA — contributed information, and that assessment was published by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
