As Twitchy has reported, liberals are circling the wagons to protect Planned Parenthood after GOP candidate Carly Fiorina dared Hillary Clinton and President Obama before a television audience of 23 million to watch the videos exposing fetal organ harvesting at the tax-supported organization.

Amanda Marcotte wrote in Slate that the events Fiorina described in her “grisly abortion rant” “only happened in her head.” MSNBC’s Irin Carmon, who last year was presented a “Maggie Award” from Planned Parenthood for her reporting, argued that “we actually don’t know what [the video] depicts” and then added, “Fiorina’s statement is clearly inaccurate.”

And then there’s Vox’s Sarah Kliff, who as a reporter for the Washington Post didn’t think it was necessary to cover Kermit Gosnell’s house of horrors because it fell under “local crime,” is pretty sure that Fiorina’s Planned Parenthood rant is based on lies. Why? Because she watched “all 12 hours of footage,” apparently unaware that more than 16 hours had been released at the time.

What’s next? The liberal website Talking Points Memo has released its hit piece on Fiorina, claiming that her graphic description was “pure fiction.”

So TPM’s source for their claim is Vox’s Kliff, who apparently missed several hours worth of the Planned Parenthood videos.

With more than 18 hours of damning footage now released, it seems odd that Fiornia would use her moment in the spotlight at the CNN debate to spout “pure fiction” that could be simply fact-checked.
