Pope Francis’ upcoming U.S. visit will include a stop in New York City on Friday, September 25, where the pope will enjoy a ride through Central Park before presiding over evening mass at Madison Square Garden.
The pope’s visit calls for heightened security, and the Secret Service and Department of Homeland Security have helped compile a list of security restrictions for the event.

We’ll bet President Obama gets around the ban by presenting Pope Francis with a selfie-stick as a welcome gift when he lands in D.C.
@conorskelding St. Thomas Aquinas taught that selfie sticks are anathema.
