Pavlich appeared on “Fox and Friends” Tuesday morning and alleged that “this is effectively a way for them [the federal government] to attack the Second Amendment rights of veterans and it has to be changed.”

“A veteran of the U.S. Navy and decorated retired police detective is suing New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and other state officials for infringing on his constitutional rights after his pistol permit and four handguns were confiscated after he voluntarily sought hospital treatment for insomnia,” reports Chuck Ross, who notes that the veteran was caught up in New York’s SAFE Act of 2013.
