While prosecutor Robert McCulloch gave a rather extensive review earlier of the evidence that led a grand jury not to indict Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson, it seems a few of the finer points of the investigation slipped past those who believed Wilson should be charged.

Harold Itzkowitz of The National Memo, for example, has taken away from McCulloch’s presentation that Michael Brown was sentenced to death for “stealing Cigarillos and jaywalking.”

Wise move to play the “Get out of a losing debate free” card.
