For Throwback Thursday, Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-N.Y.) posted a photo of herself stumping for an assault weapons ban in the ’90s. As closely as we can zoom in, we can’t tell if her finger is on the trigger — a clear violation of gun safety rules — or not. What does anyone else think?
