There’s been a bit of media attention paid to Congresswoman-elect Lauren Boebert, who has made clear her intention to carry a gun while at the Capitol. Of course, most in the mainstream media think she’s crazy, and in a letter dated Jan. 1, 21 Democrats asked Speaker Nancy Pelosi and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy to prevent Boebert from exercising her Second Amendment right.
21 Democrats wrote a letter to Nancy Pelosi asking her to stop me from being able to carry on Capitol Hill.
I choose to defend my family and my life with all of the force the Constitution provides.

We’re reminded of the time Michigan State Rep. Sarah Anthony was escorted to the state Capitol by “at least three African Americans carrying large rifles” a week after armed white men — “domestic terrorists,” that is — came to the state Capitol to protest Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s lockdown orders. No one complained then.
If you had the benefit of good arguments you wouldn't need guns. What a bunch of cowards.

Ratio time!
Thank God our founding fathers had good arguments to win the revolutionary war

Give me the secret debate line to offer rioters and looters when they break into my house, please!

In any scenario where Mrs Boebert needs to use that gun for self defense, a good argument isn't going to help.
— RufusYoakam (@RufusYoakam) January 2, 2021
And this argument is so terrible even a gun couldn’t fix it.

Good arguments never prevail against people that are unwilling to listen.

So by your flawed logic if I had a strong argument NOT to break into my house and harm my family I wouldn’t need a gun? Is that what you are claiming?

You’re right if we were all simply smarter debaters criminals would simply, lay down their arms. ?

Ryan's best defense is calling people names. This is the tactic used by people who lack the intellectual fortitude to formulate and express sound, reasonable arguments. This tactic is often used by liberals and elementary school children on the playground.

You feel that the Founders wouldn’t have needed guns if only they had made a better argument to the British?

You think THIS is a good argument?

Talk about out of touch with reality. So what's your "good argument" for the Antifa/BLM crowd burning down our cities and terrorizing law abiding citizens? I vote for you to be the guy that stops them by reasoning with them. Can't wait to see how that works out.
— The Conservative Resistance (@HahlStorm) January 2, 2021
How’s this argument? If you threaten my life, my rights, or my family, my gun will be used to stop you. There is nothing you can do to win against that argument. And if you try to take my gun, that task would prove very difficult.

She doesn’t carry the gun to threaten or intimidate congress. She carries it to deter thirsty betas like you

It's literally the opposite. If you had the benefit of good arguments, you wouldn't need to send cops with guns to take away our guns.
