A small Orange County, California town has decided to opt out of the state’s new sanctuary laws, which keeps cities and towns from cooperating with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials.
The Los Alamitos City Council meeting was heated on Monday night, when council members voted 4-1 to opt out of the state’s law.

Just when we all thought the Golden State was doomed.
Praise God this town has the heart to stand up to this sanctuary city crap!! Finally some people with courage who give a damn about the safety of thier loved ones it's so sad when your own governor & some mayors care more about criminals!!

Remember Murrieta back in 2014? Seems like a movement is growing. People are tired of illegal aliens having preferential treatment over citizens.
I will say it again. There's a very easy solution if the Trump administration would just use it: Arrest any legislator who introduces or votes for Sanctuary City/State/County legislation. Make an example of the California Democrats starting with Brown & Bacerra.

Proof that there ARE legislators who rule based on LAW and NOT emotions.

You can hate California’s politics and like what this individual city is doing.
Waiting for the California Gov to declare martial law and send in the Storm Troopers. #BS

May the force be with them.
Good for them. Nice to know there are people in CA who are willing to stand up for what is right for their fellow citizens. ?

How does the saying go? Men who stand for nothing fall for everything.
