Laura Loomer is on a mission to outdo even her best BAD takes this week. She is a very outspoken Trump supporter, but that is not the issue, the issue with Loomer is she tends to do and say some pretty stupid things, and May 24th was no exception. As a former candidate for Congress and an independent journalist, you would think she would know when to shut up and what not to say, but she does not and maybe that is the reason she lost her congressional bid.
Loomer claims DeSantis is ‘on the spectrum’. She is implying that DeSantis has autism. This set Twitter on fire including many Trump supporters because SO WHAT IF HE IS!?!?! Does she not know there are brilliant people with autism? It IS a spectrum because there are very broad ranges of people and their abilities who land on the autism scale.
Ron DeSantis is 100% on the Spectrum.

WOW. This tweet is so insane we did take a screenshot of it in case she deletes it. We are not sure if she is smart enough to delete it. Maybe she should try to get on the spectrum because most people with autism are way more intelligent than Loomer.

EXACTLY! We do not care if people have a preferred candidate. Love Trump, campaign for Trump, but why not do that by touting Trump’s accomplishments and policy positions and compare them to DeSantis? There is plenty to talk about for both of them.

Really? We hope the Trump camp does not allow that to be an official thing. We do not think they will. Trump will fight and say a lot of things, but we do not think he will go there. Many Trump supporters were already calling Loomer out for the tweet.

This editor has more than one person in our life who is ‘on the spectrum’ and they are brilliant, loving, and amazing people. Loomer would be lucky to achieve even half the things that some people with autism have achieved.
Campaign your heart out for Trump Ms. Loomer, nobody will care, but maybe you should try and meet some people who are actually on the spectrum and take a lesson or two from them. BE BETTER.
