Legacy blue-check wants to have a stern meeting with NHL players who do not wear PRIDE gear

The NHL (National Hockey League) has been making some headlines lately for some of its players refusing to wear PRIDE gear.

Legacy blue-check Andrew Berkshire, host of ‘Game Over: Montreal’ wanted everyone to know that he is not happy about it.

This statement alone was enough to make us go hmm, but Andrew went a step further and introduced the idea of ‘consequences’ for the choice of not wearing the PRIDE gear.

What are those consequences, Andrew?

Nobody thinks wearing the gear is going to ‘make them gay’. Andrew knows this, but he does not care. It is not enough to say anyone is allowed and welcome in the league, the players need to celebrate it and support it in the manner Andrew sees fit.

All choices have consequences is correct, but the question is what are the consequences? Should the consequence of not wanting to wear PRIDE gear in a Hockey game be the loss of a job or income, or should your reputation be destroyed?

We chuckled at this one. Andrew made it so only those who follow him or he mentions can reply to him on the original tweet as well as all of the tweets related to the original. It seems the consequence of that choice was everyone moving to QT him instead. 🙂

Andrew thinks that if you are in the NHL you must comply with what he thinks and a free society means being free to make the choice but punished if it is not the same as HIS choice.

It is not intolerant if he disagrees with you, only if you disagree with him!

Indeed! If we could like and retweet that one more than once, we would.

We will end it with that one. It states it succinctly and perfectly.

Make better choices yourself Andrew. Every player in the NHL does not have to agree with you.
