Elon Musk, whose Twitter bio currently describes him as “Twitter Complaint Hotline Operator” seems largely unbothered by the copious amounts of feedback he’s getting on his plan to charge blue-checks eight dollars a month to maintain their verified status:

He’s right. The Twitterverse has been buzzing with his takeover for days at this point, which is basically the equivalent of years in the fast-paced world of social media. You don’t get to where Elon Musk has gotten in life by being a shrinking violet.
