'He can't help himself': Looks like Rep. Steve King's new comedy routine isn't quite ready for primetime

We’ve got good news and bad news. The good news is that GOP Rep. Steve King is taking a break from arguing against rape and incest exceptions for anti-abortion laws by saying that we’re actually all products of rape and incest.

The bad news is that he’s apparently moved on to this:
