Secretary of Education Arne Duncan has a DREAM act

From KENS5 in San Antonio:

CEO’s tell Duncan that they have open positions, but there aren’t enough qualified applicants.
Other highlights of the summit included Duncan commenting on his strong desire to pass the stalled DREAM Act which gives certain undocumented citizens permanent residency on a conditional basis. “It just makes no sense whatsoever. I just think our values are absolutely wrong,” Duncan said. “We’re going to continue to push this very very hard.”
Duncan added that he did not think the DREAM Act would be passed anytime before November.
