Dad who bound daughter with tape granted supervised visiting rights

A Cook County judge on Friday allowed Andre Curry to see the toddler he bound in tape and photographed — and then posted the picture on Facebook.

Judge Lawrence Flood said the Chicago man can visit with the girl under the direct supervision of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services workers at neutral sites — anywhere but the homes of any of the family members involved.
