Media Matters Meltdown: The Democrat Mouthpiece Has Been Muzzled by the Changing News Landscape

Townhall Media

It’s pretty clear with the ending of USAID, the defunding of NPR/PBS, and President Donald Trump suing ‘news’ outlets for lying and editing videos to help a Democrat presidential candidate that it's a bad time for dishonest media actors. Media Matters, an activist media mouthpiece for the Democrat Party, has racked up $15 million in legal bills and could be on the verge of closing up shop entirely. Well, shucks!

The President of Media Matters recently ran to MSNBC and cried on the shoulders of his fellow Democrats. (READ)

STAGE 5 TDS ALERT: The President of Media Matters is on MSDNC melting down over Trump and how he has completely kneecapped the liberal media outlets:

"We're at the beginning stages of a massive transformation of of, uh, and a closure of and a reduction in civic spaces."

"You know, I mean, it you know, Carr, who's the FCC Chairman, and the rest of Project 2025 acolytes will be able to execute and fully implement that change is up to all of us."

"We are at the beginning of that, and there are plenty of examples, one after the other, of, as commissioner Gomez described it, cowardly capitulation. And, uh, you know, I mean, it that trend isn't going away."

Here’s the video with MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace. (WATCH)

It’s called accountability. It's not going away.

Posters say many of these media companies can no longer lose millions propping up Democrats and their unpopular messaging. They’ve lost the ability to shape narratives.

Interesting how they kneecapped everyone else during the Biden administration. The Trump administration isn't kneecapping anybody, the people are leaving those outlets and he's companies are losing money big time. It's all financial. They're just going to have to live with it or start telling the truth

Losing control of the narrative is their apocalypse.

They don’t fear Trump, they fear a country that stops listening to them.

These people built careers manipulating truth, silencing dissent, and propping up puppets. Now their echo chamber is cracking, and they’re panicking on live TV.

It doesn’t make financial sense to back Democrat-centric programming.

These Democrats have no one to blame but themselves, and they’re falling back on tired themes that don’t resonate.

They’ve got nothing new.

At least their meltdowns are still entertaining. Commenters agree and have popcorn at the ready.

The meltdowns are only going to increase in intensity the further we get into Trump’s presidency. Democrats have no answers and no message. All they have is, 'Reeeeeeeeeee!!!!!’ When it comes to media, Democrats no longer matter.
