Jack Osbourne is joining his mother, Sharon Osbourne, in a war of words with NBC after the network allegedly fired him from a boot camp-style reality show over his multiple sclerosis diagnosis.
Sharon told the New York Post’s PageSix that Jack was fired, via email, from the show “Stars Earn Stripes” because of his condition.
NBC defended itself against the allegations in a statement, saying:
We hold medical information in strict confidence and therefore cannot comment specifically about Jack, but as a company that cares deeply about the health and safety of everyone on our shows — especially one like ‘Stars Earn Stripes’ that requires dangerous water stunts, strenuous physical activity, and uses live ammunition — we required all potential participants to undergo medical vetting to ensure that they could safely participate. Although we did not ask Jack to participate in the competition, we were able to offer him two substantial alternative roles on the show, both of which he declined. This network does not discriminate on any basis.
Jack took to Twitter to respond to NBC, calling its statement “bull-fucking-shit,” and called for a boycott of the peacock network.
I took part in a 16 hr challenge over 30 miles with a 40lbs ruck on my back in Jan. I had MS then. Don't tell me wot physically demanding is

As for Sharon, she’s socking it to NBC by quitting her job as judge on “America’s Got Talent.”
Please don't misunderstand. I love @nbcagt w/ all my heart and will of course finish out the season. It is still one of the best shows on tv
