Rep. Marcia Fudge 'apologizes' to 'the people who are in the streets of Baltimore'

If not, here’s the two-second summary: It’s all the Republicans’ fault.

Money quote at 2:10: “Today I want to say to the Gray family and all of the people who are in the streets of Baltimore, I apologize. I apologize for a body that has failed you. I apologize for people who only give lip service to the poor. I apologize because we can do better to make your lives better.”

Get it? Her “apology” to the people on the streets of Baltimore (presumably including rioters and looters) is actually a thinly-veiled attack on Republicans.

Because everyone knows that Republicans hold all the political power in Baltimore.
