Rapper Ja Rule laughs at his own foul 'joke' that Darren Wilson should be shot

Ja Rule is a successful U.S. rapper who served prison time for various gun- and drug-related charges and for tax evasion. Tonight, after a St. Louis County grand jury declined to pursue charges against police officer Darren Wilson, the rapper posted an Instagram photo encouraging his fans to “take a shot” at Wilson:

It’s supposed to be a joke, but in our opinion it isn’t funny.
