Colo. gubernatorial candidate Bob Beauprez still a bit confused about how to use Twitter

Screen Shot 2014-05-15 at 9.27.00 AM

Earlier this week, Colorado gubernatorial candidate Bob Beauprez retweeted a tweet in which he was the object of a liberal activist’s sneering joke. Yesterday, Beauprez made almost the exact same mistake. This time he retweeted a liberal Twitter user who called Beauprez a “piece of filth” and a “ghoul who doesn’t deserve public office” after Beauprez criticized incumbent Gov. John Hickenlooper’s prison reform record.

“Clements” is a reference to Tom Clements, the director of Colorado’s Corrections Department who was murdered last year.

Beauprez deleted his retweet after just 7 seconds, according to the Sunlight Foundation’s Politwoops. His last errant retweet was deleted after 18 minutes, so give him credit for getting faster.
