Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C., declines to endorse Lindsey Graham for re-election; Updated

Sen. Tim Scott appeared on CNN’s Crossfire tonight. According to several tweeters, he passed on an opportunity to endorse fellow South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham for re-election.
