Rev. Jesse Jackson says the problem with schools is — you guessed it — too much discipline.
Twitter wasn’t exactly in complete agreement, though. Here are the first 10 responses to Jackson’s tweet:
How about behaving instead ?“@RevJJackson: Where does a child go once he is suspended for 10 day?We must reduce suspensions and expulsions.”

@RevJJackson We can thank the breakdown of the family for that. Thanks to the Democratic Party & people like you who r contributing to that.

@RevJJackson Maybe we should stop the behavior that led to suspensions & expulsions.

@RevJJackson so now your blaming schools for the actions of children? How about we place the blame were it belongs. The parents.

@RevJJackson Why would we want to make it easier on kids who can't behave? What about the other kids? They shouldn't have to be disrupted…

@RevJJackson if children do something it requires a ten day expulsion how do we punish him? What's your idea?

@RevJJackson MLK talked not of color but character. Ur teachings stress feel sorry for color. U didnt listen right up to the final shot.
