After 32-year-old black man Philando Castile was shot and killed by a police officer during a traffic stop in Minnesota on Wednesday night, many people — including NRA and gun rights advocates — expected the NRA to comment. Castile reportedly had a concealed carry license.
The NRA has finally issued a statement:
The reports from #Minnesota are troubling and must be thoroughly investigated. #2A #NRA pic.twitter.com/Z7wEQNBs0y
