Oh, snap! In a new Quinnipiac University poll, voters rated Obama as the worst president since World War II. And a Zogby poll put his approval ratings at 44 percent and his disapproval ratings at 54 percent. Could a stadium full of Tim Howards save the president from numbers like that? Let’s just say Obama shouldn’t hold out much hope:
