'Gmail, get your sh*t together': Tweeters vent about slow service, email delays

Seriously. Gmail users from all over have spent the better part of today tearing their hair out in response to long delays. Emails are taking up to several hours to reach their targets.

According to Google Apps, the Gmail elves have been working on resolving the issue, and there’s some progress:
