It wasn’t just Tea Party groups that were targeted by the IRS; the agency also reportedly subjected pro-life groups to extra scrutiny. Life News reports that the IRS subjected one organization to “repeated and lengthy unconstitutional requests for information about the viewpoint and content of its educational communications, volunteer prayer vigils, and other protected activities.”

During today’s congressional hearing on the IRS scandal-fest, GOP Rep. Aaron Schock asked acting commissioner Steven Miller if the IRS had indeed asked a pro-life group about its prayers:

If this is true, it’s unconscionable. Just don’t expect Miller to concede that point:

Didn’t know if it was inappropriate? Really?

Unbelievable. And sickening.

It’s getting more and more difficult to tell.
