Rut-roh.
A new Quinnipiac University poll suggests that NYC mayoral hopeful Anthony Weiner is clinging to his dream by just a hair:

Has Weiner blown it once and for all?
Among likely Dem primary voters, majority say Weiner should drop out 53% – 40%

As far as the gap between prospective white and black voters is concerned:
Quinnipiac: black voters say 53 – 42 percent that Weiner should stay in the race, while white voters say 64 – 25 percent he should get out.

Weiner is at 7 percent among white voters

Weiner still leads among black voters, 24 percent. Thompson 22 %, bdb 16 percent, Quinn 21 percent, Liu 7 percent

But Weiner was polling at 31 percent among black voters last week. He’s growing limp before our very eyes!
So what does this mean for the people of New York City?
