Earlier today, Senate Judiciary Democrats elected to be the adults in the room by not being in the room during the vote to proceed with Amy Coney Barrett’s SCOTUS nomination.

In their place were cutouts of “people benefiting from the Affordable Care Act.”

But why would they go and do a thing like that? What makes Amy Coney Barrett so objectionable that they can’t even be bothered to show up for a vote on her?

Mary Katharine Ham may have figured it out:

Excellent point.

If only the attacks on Amy Coney Barrett’s family and faith would’ve stuck!

Well, you should absolutely love her now. Because she’s just awesome.
