At what point does Joe Biden’s family decide that enough is enough? This man is clearly not up to the task of running for president, much less the task of stringing together a coherent sentence

Shame on his family for letting him go through this and double shame on the DNC for encouraging it. The stress of the campaign is going to make him worse. I’ve never been a fan of his but it saddens me to see him like this.
