In a recent opinion piece, John Stossel described how news consumers are increasingly turning away from traditional outlets and toward outlets like YouTube:
Today, in the parlance of some political activists, "taking the red pill" means seeing the lies of mainstream media — and learning the truth: https://t.co/edoCNcVlTl

CNN senior media reporter Oliver Darcy just can’t seem to understand why that might be the case:
—@JohnStossel seems to think its great that people are getting their news from YouTubers vs reliable news organizations https://t.co/sYypDYftCU

Yeah? And?
I’m curious what you mean when you say reliable news organization
— Stephen Miller (@redsteeze) March 28, 2018
in the general sense, I'm referring to news organizations that have a traditional structure comprised of reporters, editors, fact-checkers, etc. Could be local news radio, tv, newspapers… list goes on and on!

No offense, Oliver, but CNN’s “traditional structure” hasn’t exactly yielded “reliable” journalism lately.
"Why can't everybody be as reliable as we are," moans the guy from CNN https://t.co/osT7IdqVFj
