Dana Loesch just dragged Abdul El-Sayed back to October 2023 — specifically to the two-week window after Hamas slaughtered more than 1,200 people, before Israel had even launched a ground campaign, when Abdul El-Sayed was already calling it a “genocide” and treating any link between Gazans and Hamas as a bigoted myth.

That’s the same El-Sayed who campaigns as a physician despite never completing a residency, never sitting for boards, never holding a medical license, and never independently treating patients. Loesch’s follow-up is the part Democrats would rather skip: Hamas is Gaza’s elected government, and its standing didn’t collapse after October 7. The record was already there. She just put a spotlight on it.

Let's also not forget that Hamas is the democratically elected ruing party of Gaza, and their popularity in Judea and Samaria (and in Gaza) has exploded (no pun intended) since 10/7. The reason the PA can't have elections is because Hamas would win and rule both territories.
