Desperate Lefties Make BIG DEAL About 'Longtime TX Republican' Endorsing Talarico (Just 1 Problem)

I’m not saying every so-called “longtime Republican” who keeps blessing Democrats is a RINO in the purest, textbook sense of the word, but when former Tarrant County Judge Glen Whitley once again trots himself out to endorse progressive darling James Talarico for U.S. Senate against Ken Paxton, well, color me shocked.

Shocked, I tell you.

This is the same guy who’s already handed his precious GOP seal of approval to PLENTY of Democrats, yet the media still breathlessly frames him like some grand moderate elder statesman bravely crossing the aisle for the good of the Republic.

At this point, if your Republican credentials consist of serial blue votes and public scolding of actual conservatives, maybe it’s time to quit cosplaying and just update the party registration already.

This ‘longtime Republican’ has been endorsing Democrats for a long time.

Mike Collier for Texas Lieutenant Governor (2022), against Republican incumbent Dan Patrick.
Colin Allred for U.S. Senate (2024), against Republican Ted Cruz.
Kamala Harris for President (2024), against Donald Trump.
Taylor Rehmet for Texas Senate (District 9, around late 2025, in connection with a special election).

And now, Talarico.

Meh.

SO MUCH MEH.

This would only honestly be newsworthy if he weren't endorsing a Democrat, BUT I get it. They know many people, especially on the Left, will just take this post and run with it, shouting at the top of their lungs that Talarico is winning over the Republican Party ... IN TEXAS.

Democrats really, really, really want Texas.
