Before I get started I feel like I need to put this out there, I have never had a problem with true atheists. They simply do not believe in God, and that's that. Often they don't care if I believe in God or not, so it's sort of a moot point when dealing with an actual atheist. Now, anti-theists calling themselves atheists are very different, and ironically have a faith all their own and that's HATING religion and by default, anyone who believes in it. Any faith. What's really funny is when you point out to these very angry and often emotionally damaged people that their hate is their faith they get even angrier.
For being as edgy as they think they are, they sure cry easy.
Ask me how I know.
Heh.
Case in point, Chris Hayes' post whining about Catholic conservatives being ok with Haitians getting called out for eating people's pets. Now, what's really annoying about his post is that he doesn't really care what Catholic conservatives think, he's just making a dig at them based on what he assumes they should think, especially when it comes to Christ's teachings. In other words, this is Hayes being a disingenuous douche-bag trying to make Catholics and Christians feel bad about the whole Haitian thing.
Not holding my breath, but does feel like this current disgusting bout of slander should occasion some prominent Catholic conservatives to speak out. Is lying about migrants the kind of thing that Christ’s teachings lead us to? Is it what the Church teaches?

Please ...
Let’s not pretend you really care what Catholic conservatives think.

He doesn't.
You know he doesn't.
He knows he's doesn't.
Oh you want them to speak out now? After years of sneering about their opinions on abortion, surgical mutilation of kids, baking wedding cakes etc.?

You really have no idea how disingenuous you sound. https://t.co/mnX51WAqx5
But bring on the whiners insisting that Catholics who don't welcome Haitians destroying their community of ignoring Jesus's teachings. Yeah, I made a bunch of them mad but to be fair, it was super easy because they were already looking for a reason to be mad.
For example:
I think he's more looking at the teachings of Jesus. But I know you can't defend that part of his statement.

Interestingly enough, when you ask these mouth-breathers to be specific about the teachings I'm ignoring they don't have much to offer.
I know, you're shocked.
Let's not pretend y'all follow Jesus's actual teachings :)

See what I mean?
On and on like that.
One woman who called herself Demon Sperm (I'M NOT MAKING THAT UP, Y'ALL) offered to school me but then ran off after saying women like me make her despair and threatening me.
Where'd ya' go, Demon Sperm? Weren't you going to school me on Christianity and Haitians? I'll wait. :)@wtfis2bdone pic.twitter.com/QQdLo6dzFq

Yeah. That one cracked me up.
Hey, it's the little things that keep us going, right?
