Attorney General Todd Blanche was sworn in last Monday, but even before that, he was in the crosshairs of ‘journalists’ and their fellow Democrats. As expected, he’s being held to a higher standard than the Democrats who have held the AG position. Democrat presidents (think Barack Obama and Joe Biden) can sic the Department of Justice on their political opponents with impunity. But with President Donald Trump in power, AG Blanche and the DOJ are expected to act as some independent Fourth Branch of the federal government.

‘Journalists’ said that was a colloquial term when Holder said it in relation to Obama. How convenient of them.
Commenters say we’ve had at least three decades of AGs flexing their muscle per the whims of Democrat Presidents. Blanche is being held to a different standard.
