— USA TODAY Life (@usatodaylife) January 8, 2015
Ben Affleck just won the People's Choice "Favorite Humanitarian" award. I don't know what to do with that one.

Affleck was honored for his volunteer work in the Congo. But while his efforts are certainly commendable, some viewers were a little creeped out by the whole award category and concept of “Favorite Humanitarian.”

favorite humanitarian is kind of stupid because it's not a competition. it shouldn't be

#PeoplesChoiceAwards has a favorite humanitarian award? I am glad that humanitarian has become a competition now.

Speaking of humanitarianism and human rights, there’s no word from Affleck about his apologism for Islamists like the ones who murdered the Charlie Hebdo cartoonists and editors today.
