Affleck was honored for his volunteer work in the Congo. But while his efforts are certainly commendable, some viewers were a little creeped out by the whole award category and concept of “Favorite Humanitarian.”

#PeoplesChoiceAwards has a favorite humanitarian award? I am glad that humanitarian has become a competition now.
