We’re gearing up for the NBA draft, which means plenty of team workouts, mock drafts, and miles upon miles of speculation.
Jeremy Lamb, the star shooting guard who spent two years wow’ing crowds at Connecticut, has been chosen by the majority as a top ten prospect. Depending on his workouts, he may even slip into the top five.
Lamb spoke about how he was hoping to show his competitive nature at the combine, and now he’s really proving it: he’s sitting out this round, advice courtesy of his manager.
Many who are checking out the NBA Combine, and caught Lamb’s conversation with Andy Katz, are also suggesting he’s not too much of an enterprising character:
Wherever Lamb is considering ending up, sitting out drills and being the most uninteresting person possible in interviews isn’t really the way to keep the stock high.
