Yep. As Twitchy reported, Obama doesn’t appear to know what the Obama doctrine is, but he does know that somehow Fox News is to blame for any misunderstanding of its nuance-y nuance. He does, however, know that it involves sanctions. Oooh, scary! Laura Ingraham rightly called them meaningless. And another Twitter user explained why with one key point:
Putin is about as concerned of how the sanctions affect the Russian economy as Obama is about how his policies affect the U.S. economy.
