As Twitchy reported, first came word that a Boston Marathon bombing suspect was identified. Then, multiple news outlets were reporting that a Boston bombing suspect had been arrested. John King of CNN got the ball rolling (and sparked a lib freak-out over his use of “dark-skinned” male).
Other outlets said only that an arrest is imminent, and authorities continued to deny that an arrest had been made. Now, the Boston Police Department tweeted out a denial and the FBI is confirming.
FBI reiterates: "Contrary to widespread reporting, there have been no arrests made in connection with the Boston Marathon attack."
