It really needs to be read to be believed.
MUST READ RT @DRUDGE_REPORT: Hillary Clinton aide goes ballistic over Libya questions… http://t.co/uIheVT1K
— Matt Mackowiak (@MattMackowiak) September 24, 2012
Philippe Reines, long-time Hillary Clinton aide and spokesman, totally flipped out when a reporter dared to question the State Department’s crumbling Benghazi narrative.

Hillary Clinton Aide Tells Reporter To “Fuck Off” And “Have A Nice Life” http://t.co/ORa9Q8Vu via @buzzfeed
— Michael Hastings (@mmhastings) September 24, 2012
The email exchange started when Michael Hastings with BuzzFeed asked Mr. Reines about Ambassador Steven’s journal, which was taken by CNN from the scene. CNN admitted that they disgracefully concealed this evidence in order to scour it first for “scoops,” as Twitchy reported.
Over this weekend, Mr. Reines had blasted CNN while covering for the State Department’s horrendous handling of what happened when four Americans died during the consulate attack in Libya. Reines didn’t care for the fact that Hastings actually dared to question the State Department’s competence and the email exchange quickly deteriorated, once Hastings called out Reines for his attempted spin.
More from Mr. Hastings’ report:

Why don’t you give answers that aren’t bullshit for a change?

How’s that for a non-bullshit response?
Now that we’ve gotten that out of our systems, have a good day.
And by good day, I mean Fuck Off

Wow.
Reines then told Hastings to have a good life and that he’d be designated as junk mail.
Twitter was soon buzzing over the story.

Hey Team BuzzFeed…be sure to send Reines a nice fruit-basket or something for all the traffic and notice he's going to get you.

lol RT @jpodhoretz@BuzzFeedBen And who started to curse first, Ben? Seems like Reines was provoked by unprofessional behavior by your guy.

When questioned about discrepancies in a national tragedy, I'm glad to hear @StateDept's response is "eff off." http://t.co/66O4XbPE #lol

@mmhastings Reines needs a copy of "How to be snarky without sounding like a little girl" by PeeWee Herman

Twitter user Jeff Sharlet then weighed in with his own experiences with the oh-so-classy Reines.
Hillary Clinton's flack Philippe Reines told @mmhastings he was an "unmitigated asshole." Actually, that'd be Reines…
— Jeff Sharlet (@JeffSharlet) September 24, 2012
back in 07, Kathryn Joyce & I wrote about Hillary's unexpected religious conservatism for @motherjones. Reines was her flack then, too…
— Jeff Sharlet (@JeffSharlet) September 24, 2012
My conversation w/ Reines was most unpleasant in my years of political reporting. & I normally report on far right-wingers…
— Jeff Sharlet (@JeffSharlet) September 24, 2012
Worse than those icky “right wingers!” Egads! Still, clearly he’s not out to “get” Hillary Clinton.
Took Reines about 20 seconds to decide I was an enemy because I asked about something in Hillary's book. & then the screaming began…
— Jeff Sharlet (@JeffSharlet) September 24, 2012
Can't remember what names Reines called me. But here's his "Fuck off" transcript w/ @mmhastings: http://t.co/Z9MtDbBX.
— Jeff Sharlet (@JeffSharlet) September 24, 2012
@daveweigel I'm not a Romney/RNC type, at all, but I'm happy to spread the Hastins/Reines story. Reines is nastiest flack I've encountered.
— Jeff Sharlet (@JeffSharlet) September 24, 2012
That’s saying something!
Others root for injuries, since BuzzFeed has a history of bias and lapdoggery.

Bingo. Well, it was just a “bump in the road” and all.
