What a monster! Comparison shopping and living within one’s means? Cue the evil music!
President Obama once again proves that math is hard, to him. As is reality. Man of the people? That’s impossible when one is so very far out of touch in an Ivory tower. Last night, his official Twitter account actually tried to slam Romney for suggesting that people shop around, if worried about college costs.
Then what happened? RT @BarackObama: FACT: Romney has said students should “shop around” if they’re worried about higher education costs.

What happened is that citizens quickly pointed out the idiocy of trying to slam Romney for the crime of using common sense and smart thinking. The president’s pitiful desperation, it burns.

Exactly. Twitter user Kevin Eder sums it up.
I guess the concept of 'shopping around' is foreign to you when you believe the government should run everything. Right @BarackObama?

Can anyone on the @Obama2012 campaign tell me why students shouldn't shop around for more affordable education? #Obama2012

Obama doesn't want young people shopping around, but he does want taxpayers to fund birth control so they can sleep around.
— big tuna (@keder) August 22, 2012
Don't mind me, I'm just shopping around for a president who knows something about anything. @BarackObama
