Bin. Go.
Protocol breaches that aren’t protocol breaches. Self-monitoring snafus. What’s next? Oh, just this:
@AceofSpadesHQ @gabrielmalor Hard to believe this guy had zero symptoms until this morning, when suddenly his fever was 103
— Allahpundit (@allahpundit) October 23, 2014
Yep. That is hard to believe. Especially when the New York Times is now reporting that the doctor who has tested positive for Ebola felt “sluggish” … TWO DAYS ago.
From the NYT:
Tuesday. You know, before prancing about on the subway and into a bowling alley (the bowling alley that he visited is reportedly now closed).
Self-monitoring? Resolved: It’s B.S.

Well, no worries. Others don’t mind ranting about the absolute absurdity of “self-monitoring.” Failed, yet again, and it’s infuriating.
HEY IM A DOCTOR WHO JUST GOT BACK FROM WEST AFRICA AND I FEEL SLUGGISH SO LETS GO RIDE AN UBER TO GO BOWLING! ???
— Julie Rose (@Lil_Rosaay) October 24, 2014
@VernaPolitics he said he felt sluggish Tuesday but went bowling with a fever last night. He (the doctor) said this.

Last night he felt tired but no fever.

Hard to trust in NYC's "extraordinary medical professionals," as deBlasio calls them, when 2 of them arrogantly ignored self-quarantine.

Ding, ding, ding!

Call me crazy, but if you're a doctor who recently treated Ebola patients, and you're feeling 'sluggish', should you be out in public? #No
— Soapstar (@Soapstar2) October 24, 2014
Exactly.
But it’s OK, guys.
Girlfriend in self isolation not hospitalized.
— C. Michael Gibson MD (@CMichaelGibson) October 24, 2014
Sigh.
But reportedly at least one contact is being monitored in a hospital.
3 of Dr. Craig Spencer's close contacts have "option" of quarantining themselves. 1 of Spencer's contacts is in hospital being monitored.

Dear CDC: Will you continue with this “self-monitoring” nonsense? Kindly advise.
