Michelle Obama is nothing if not odd. She has had some extra weird comments as of late. Last week, she declared she was glad she never gave birth to a boy because he would have been just like her husband, Barack. Not exactly high praise for her spouse. Now, she claims the least important function of her reproductive system was giving birth. Huh?
Michelle Obama says the ability to create life is the least significant function of a woman's reproductive system.

She claims men can't truly understand what women endure because female biology has barely been studied.

I also am a woman with a reproductive system and the greatest thing it ever did was give birth to my two children. Actually, the greatest thing ANY part of my body ever did was give birth to my kids. Honestly, I believe most mothers feel that way. I made all kinds of mistakes in my life, but those two kids were the best thing I've ever done. They are the closest thing to Heaven I'll experience this side of the veil. If I do nothing else the rest of my life, the birth of those 2 miraculous people was enough. It's very strange to me Michelle doesn't seem to believe the birth of her own two daughters was her greatest accomplishment. I don't think I'm such an exception of a devoted mother. For most women, our instinct is to be irrationally proud of the children we bore.
She either believes her daughters are the least significant part of her life or she’s never really given birth. https://t.co/NClwqL1NcE

The more she talks, the less I worry about her becoming a candidate. https://t.co/rrSS0SxqYJ

Pair this with the fact that she constantly denigrates her husband, and speaks of raising her daughters as a years-long hell.

This is the face of the modern feminist woman. It's the same poison that came out of my mother's mouth. She told her children she could have been… https://t.co/bjqUlLSVOj
I find this way of thinking very depressing. I had to work to support myself and my children. The work was only to support my kids. I knew they'd replace me at my job the next day if I dropped dead and never think much more about me. The only place I was truly irreplaceable was as a mother to my children. The only place I had true job security was in my home. That should never be drudgery. I worked to live rather than living to work.
what is wrong with this woman? 🤦🏻♀️ https://t.co/QYJkuw4Xbs

Retroactively wondering now how much effort during the Obama years was put into keeping her away from microphones. https://t.co/edVBCNLMid

Clearly, keeping her in the background was an excellent move.
I know people are going to get on Michelle Obama for other reasons, but what struck me is what a weird thing it is for a parent to say, that “the least” significant thing your reproductive system does is create life. I’d be worried how my kids took that. https://t.co/6Uh6brNjtY

Most parents would be deeply concerned about how their children might react to such news. However, Michelle seems focused on sharing her unconventional views. For the sake of her daughters, she might consider keeping these thoughts private.
