‘Transparency’: Jen Psaki can’t answer questions on Cuba [Vine, video]

Based on a briefing by State Department spokesmuppet Jen Psaki, it appears that the Obama administration’s new Cuba policy is going about as well as you would expect. Just don’t ask for any specifics from the most transparent administration in history.
