@SkidWillie I’m sure it was just an oversight on the reporter’s part. Ahem…

Three people were attacked by a mob of teenagers in Memphis, Tennessee in what looks like racially motivated violence. WREG in Memphis reports:
A 25-year-old man said he was attacked by the group as he walked to his car. Two Kroger employees, 17 and 18, ran to help the man. Both were repeatedly hit in the head and face.
The teens told police pumpkins “in excess of 20 pounds” were thrown on their heads while they were on the ground.
Police say both teens lost consciousness. Eventually, a security guard stopped the attack.
The attacks were caught on cell phone video and went viral on social media.
Has AG Holder arrived in Memphis yet? Has Obama issued a statement? http://t.co/cj2q07qoMS

Yeah, this incident isn’t likely on their radar.

@YuayPudhaphutan random man – not racist man. Seems to be a random victim

@historynpearls I'd heard he incited the kids by shouting racist things at them.

@YuayPudhaphutan not in the video that's going around – if he did there are no witnesses to it
— Amber Anna Colvin-Simmons (@AmberAnnaColvin) September 8, 2014
@historynpearls Why would they attack him? Can't kids just have fun without being hassled? I don't understand all the hate.
— David Ngyun (@YuayPudhaphutan) September 8, 2014
@YuayPudhaphutan me neither but all the witnesses are saying it's random – I wasn't there but I don't think the victim should be blamed

@toddstarnes @SkidWillie Same parking lot where my white daughter and her white roommate were held up at gunpoint. We'll never hear a peep

@toddstarnes Don't hold your breath Todd. We all know nothing will come of this. #doublestandard
