It’s a day ending in “y” so Obama campaign adviser David Axelrod is crowing about Mitt Romney’s “clandestine” meetings again. Axelrod assumed that the reporters who hang on his every word would dutifully pick up his talking point like good little lapdogs.
But CBS News White House correspondent Mark Knoller didn’t let him get away with it.
Obama Campaign advisor David Axelrod tweets this morning on press barred from Romney meeting last week with Rupert Murdoch.

Same might be asked of @davidaxelrod why press barred from 25 Obama Campaign fundraisers so far this year.

It’s almost too easy. Where’s the challenge?
Axelrod’s response to Knoller’s tweets about the most transparent campaign evah? Crickets.
@markknoller @davidaxelrod do you have an answer to Knoller's previous tweet about press coverage for 25 Campaign fundraisers? #thoughtso
