Using a statement that President Trump made when debating her mother in 2016, Chelsea Clinton points out that Trump is doing exactly what he said he was going to do.
In an October 2016 debate, Chris Wallace asked Trump whether he wanted Roe v. Wade overturned. Trump: “That'll happen automatically, in my opinion, because I am putting pro-life justices on the court…It will go back to the states and the states will then make a determination."

Yesterday, Trump was an incompetent liar.
Today, Trump is a conniving and plotting evil genius.

The “Trump is doing exactly what he promised” line of attack should work well in 2020.
