If the Senate does not confirm him, he will not be seated. But it should be about Brett Kavanaugh and his qualifications to be on the Supreme Court, not legal proceedings that are tangential to the president.
While the Left doesn’t like to be reminded, Trump was elected president by the American people, who placed him in a position to nominate the successor to Justice Anthony Kennedy.
