South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham has no doubt that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh will be confirmed before the end of October.

Republicans would certainly like to have Kavanaugh confirmed before the midterm elections are held on November 6th.

The combination of political posturing for the midterms, fierce opposition to President Trump and Democrats being Democrats, this is likely to be a very contentious (perhaps more so than the one for Neil Gorsuch) confirmation process.
The people deserve to see every document related to Kavanaugh’s public service. Between National Archives and Bush Library, they have them. If they refuse to provide what they have, they are likely hiding something specific. Otherwise just upload a PDF and let the public see!

Why are Republicans and the White House resisting making Brett Kavanaugh's full record public? He has been nominated to a lifetime appointment on the highest court in the land. We need to see his COMPLETE record. #ReleaseTheRecords pic.twitter.com/lU2E8IeTZ1

And those are examples of what kind of contention awaits Kavanaugh from top Senate Democrats.
