The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution reads:
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
Apparently, former CNBC/MSNBC host Dylan Ratigan stopped reading after “a well regulated militia.”
Are you a member of a "well regulated militia" ? If not 2A doesn't apply to you. Sorry. https://t.co/pWEZ0F8XEc

I'd think a "well regulated militia" would register, insure and license its Arms, being "well regulated" and all. https://t.co/pWEZ0F8XEc

“Well regulated” is the Left’s dream phrase. They don’t bother with context.
Hmm, If your militia isn't "well regulated" than I'm afraid you might be in violation of the US Constitution. https://t.co/2S8xihWyxy

@NRA fight against a "well regulated militia" as a necessary precondition of the right to bear Arms violates 2A of the U.S. Constitution.

And you’re violating the laws of intelligence with every tweet.
I don't. Personally I find 2A vague as to what exact "Arms" (of that time?) "Well-regulated" seems very explicit. https://t.co/V23lMVmdzR

Does "well regulated" also not mean what I think it does? https://t.co/VdP1vX7Tyl

Only if "well regulated" no? https://t.co/MxroDxAo7p

Right of a well-regulated militia to bear arms shall not be… Says nothing of unregulated. Doesn't define arms. https://t.co/1RP1L3A9fV

Well-regulated militia shall not be… https://t.co/wVZNSSUDda

Not my argument. 2A Constitutional Sentence construction presumes "a well regulated militia" https://t.co/CCZfareked

He went on in his rambling, but I think we get the message.
