Former MSNBC host Dylan Ratigan gets hung up on 'well regulated militia' language in Second Amendment

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution reads:

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

Apparently, former CNBC/MSNBC host Dylan Ratigan stopped reading after “a well regulated militia.”
