Next time you hear the music from an ice cream truck on your street, you may want to run in the opposite direction. A 58-year old man was arrested Saturday in Mooresville, Ind. for driving an ice cream truck while under the influence.

According to court documents, a woman called police, reporting she could smell alcoholic beverages on the ice cream truck driver.
An officer with the Mooresville Police Department responded to the area where the truck was reported to be and issued a traffic stop.
No word yet on whether there was any Ben and Jerry’s hypocrisy on board the truck.
