Missouri is voting, yet again. Former Pennsylvania senator Rick Santorum won the vote in the Missouri primary by nearly 30 points. That was the night that Santorum pulled off wins in three states, Missouri, Minnesota, and Colorado. A win in today’s caucuses would give a candidate bragging rights, but not much else. Missouri’s process of choosing a Republican presidential candidate is complicated to say the least. The primary and caucuses are nonbinding and simply elect delegates who will choose delegates who eventually will represent the state at the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Fla.
